- Our friendly staff will confirm your booking by the next business day. Should the selected vehicle be unavailable on your booking date(s), Ace Drive Pte Ltd reserves the right to either provide a complimentary upgrade or a full refund on your booking.
Terms & Conditions
- All Japanese cars DO NOT have a mileage cap
- Promotion is inclusive of full comprehensive insurance coverage for up to 2 named drivers with an excess amount of $1,5000 (with CDR purchased) or $7,000 (without CDR purchased) for all Japanese Cars (with an excess amount of $3,500 (with CDR purchased)) or $5,000 (without CDR purchased)). For Malaysia usage, the excess amount will be double.
- Hirers must be between 23 and 65 years of age and have a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- For daily and weekly rentals, a $500 deposit will be collected via credit card pre-authorisation during car collection. In the case of monthly rentals, a deposit equal to one month's rent will be required.
- Vehicle is strictly NOT allowed for private hire use.
- If vehicle collection or return date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday, a surcharge of $75 (before GST) applies. If Public Holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a surcharge of $125 (before GST) applies.
- We provide delivery or pickup services (one-way trip) at a surcharge of $81 (includes GST). Delivery time is between 10.30 am - 4.30 pm, subject to availability slot.
- There will be a penalty charge should a booking be canceled or should there be a change in booking date(s). Please refer to this link for more details on our cancellation policy.
