First Driver

• Our friendly staff will confirm your booking by the next business day. Should the selected vehicle be unavailable on your booking date(s), Ace Drive Pte Ltd reserves the right to either provide a complimentary upgrade or a full refund on your booking.

• A minimum rental period of 4 days is required for this promotion or package.
• Rental dates must cover or cross the stipulated Hari Raya period (20 – 23 March 2026).
• Booking confirmation is based on the selected car category. Customers are not allowed to choose a specific vehicle model. The allocation of vehicles within the chosen category will be determined solely by Ace Drive Pte Ltd.
• Car collection date should be between 19 - 23 March 2026 or 20 - 24 March 2026 (09:30 am - 5:00 pm). The collection point is at 50 Ubi Avenue 3 #05-06 Frontier Singapore 408866.
• Car return date should be on or after 23 March 2026.
• The package includes comprehensive insurance coverage for up to two named drivers. Insurance excess is the driver’s maximum insurance liability. The charge is only applied if an accident occurs or if the car is heavily damaged, otherwise, no charge will be applied.
• All hirers must meet our minimum age and driving experience requirements.
• During car collection, the deposit will be collected via credit card pre-authorisation and will be refunded 7 days later if the car has been returned without damage or traffic violations. Please check the deposit amount with our Sales Consultants.
• Delivery and/or pickup services are also available but with a $95 (inclusive of GST) surcharge per one-way trip.
• If the self-collection/self-return date falls on a Sunday/Public Holiday, a surcharge of $XX.XX (inclusive of GST) will be collected upon the commencement of rent. A surcharge of $XX.XX (inclusive of GST) applies if outbound delivery/pick up is required on Sunday/Public Holiday.
• Should there be any car delivery requests, a delivery surcharge will be collected upon vehicle collection. Please arrange with us after your booking is confirmed.
• All prices are subject to prevailing GST.
• Prices displayed are for Singapore usage only. Malaysia usage is subject to surcharges.
• Applicable for self-drive rentals only.
• Not applicable for private hire service usage.
• Vehicle availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, book early to avoid disappointment.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and/or vouchers.
• There will be a penalty charge should a booking be canceled or should there be a change in booking date(s). Please refer to this link for more details on our cancellation policy.
