- Our friendly staff will confirm your booking by the next business day. Should the selected vehicle be unavailable on your booking date(s), Ace Drive Pte Ltd reserves the right to either provide a complimentary upgrade or a full refund on your booking.
Terms & Conditions (Please Read Carefully Before Proceeding)
- Rental dates must cover or cross the stipulated CNY period (28 - 31 January 2025).
- Car collection date should be between 24 - 27 January 2025 (09:00 am - 05:00 pm). The collection point is at 50 Ubi Avenue 3 #05-06 Frontier Singapore 408866.
- Car return date should be on or after 31 January 2025.
- The package includes comprehensive insurance coverage for up to two named drivers. Please check and see the insurance excess amount.
- Insurance excess is the driver’s maximum insurance liability. The charge is only applied if an accident occurs or if the car is heavily damaged, otherwise, no charge will be applied.
- All hirers must meet our minimum age and driving experience requirements.
- A deposit will be collected via credit card pre-authorisation during car collection and will be refunded within 7-14 days after the vehicle is returned, provided there are no damages or traffic violations. For Japanese cars, the deposit is $500. For Continental cars, the deposit is $2,000, except for the Mercedes-Benz CLA 180 AMG Line at $1,000 and the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale Sport Line Nerissimo at $5,000.
- All our Japanese cars come with unlimited mileage, while our Continental cars have mileage caps: 400 km for 5-day rentals and 500 km for 7-day rentals. Any additional kilometers will incur a charge of 2% of the rental rate per kilometer.
- Extra mileage is available as an add-on service (for a fee of 1.5% of the rental rate per kilometer (pay per kilometer usage) or 1% of the rental rate for 10km per block) and must be purchased before the car is taken over. Any remaining mileage cap balance will not be refunded.
- Delivery and/or pickup services are also available but with an $88 (inclusive of GST) surcharge per one-way trip.
- If the self-collection/self-return date falls on a Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday, a surcharge of $88 (inclusive of GST) will be collected upon the commencement of rent. A surcharge of $178 (inclusive of GST) applies if outbound delivery/pick up is required on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday.
- Should there be any car delivery requests, a delivery surcharge will be collected upon vehicle collection. Please arrange with us after your booking is confirmed.
- All prices are subject to prevailing GST.
- All cars are only allowed to be driven in Singapore.
- Applicable for self-drive rentals only.
- Not applicable for private hire service usage.
- Vehicle availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, book early to avoid disappointment.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and/or vouchers.
- There will be a penalty charge should a booking be canceled or should there be a change in booking date(s). Please refer to this link for more details on our cancellation policy.
