Fractional Leasing Reservation Form Guide
- Please take note that this form is strictly for our existing Fractional Leasing Members’ use only.
- No formal acceptance will be given until you receive an official email from our sales staff which would state that your date has been temporary reserved.
- Once you received the reply from our sales staff, you will be given 24 hours to accept the offered date. If you wish to accept the offer, you can reply directly to our email, failing which your date will be open for booking again.
- Once you’ve accepted the offer, the cancellation penalty date & time will begin from the date of your request. Please refer to our cancellation and change of date penalty table here.

| 40% | Less than 120 hours (5 days) |
| 30% | Less than 7 days from date of rental / change of date 3 days BDOR |
| 20% | Less than 2 weeks from date of rental / change of date 5 days BDOR |
| 10% | Less than 1 month from date of rental /change of date 2 weeks BDOR |
