Please take note that this reservation form is exclusive for our Fractional Leasing Members.

FL Reservation Request Form Guidelines

1.) This form serves as an FL Member’s request for car reservation only.
2.) Your FL reservation will only be confirmed once you received an official email from our sales staff.
3.) If your car choice is available, our sales staff will confirm that the car has been temporarily reserved on the date that you requested.
4.) You will be given 24 hours to accept the reservation date by replying the email, failing which the date will be open for booking again.
5.) Once you have accepted the reservation date, the cancellation and change of date penalty will apply from the date that you requested.










  • If you only have 1 choice, please put N/A for the 2nd & 3rd choice.





Cancellation / Change of Date Penalty

  • 50% forfeiture of rental if it is cancelled less than 72 hours (3 days) from date of rental or no show no refund.
  • 40% forfeiture of rental if it is cancelled less than 120 hours (5 days) from date of rental.
  • 30% forfeiture of rental if it is cancelled less than 7 days from date of rental or change of date 3 days before date of rental.
  • 20% forfeiture of rental if it is cancelled less than 2 weeks from date of rental or change of date 5 days before date of rental.
  • 10% forfeiture of rental if it is cancelled less than 1 month from date of rental or change of date 2 weeks before date of rental.
